Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Carries:

At this time we solely only use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our shipments. 

On average mailing takes 2-3 business day. But do to these uncertain times we can NOT guarantee an exact date. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages: 

Please note! CadCreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A refund will NOT be issued if your package is lost or stolen within the mailing system. Thus being said we highly recommend picking priority mail as preferred shipping method at checkout. In an instance that the package is lost or stolen insurance is insured up to fifty-dollars. Shipping Priority also insures a tracking number to stay up today with a estimated arrival time. 

Shipping Time/Delays:

Upon receiving payment a shipping label will be created. You will receive an additional email with a tracking number, but this does NOT mean your package has yet been shipped. With thus being said you will receive two more emails. One email being when production has started and a final email when your package has been shipped. Please Note! All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays are possible due to these un-certain times and holidays to come.

Return Policy:

As mentioned on most of our product pages all orders are made to order with a estimated 3-5 business. The reason behind this is to eliminate product waste. With thus being said each department has a different return policy that is subject to change in the future. At the time of a policy change an email will be sent out to all of our registered members to keep everyone up to date on the latest news.

Wood:

At this time all wood sale orders are final. No refunds or returns are accepted at this time. 

Carbon Fiber:

At this time all carbon fiber sale orders are final. No refunds or returns are accepted at this time. 

Cookie Cutters & Stencils: 

No refunds or returns are accepted at this time. 

However we do offer a replacement policy for only up to 30 days after the original purchase date. For this policy to take affect you MUST submit a claim including your order number and a picture of the damage product. We ask upon image submission that you cut the cutter in two pieces ensuring no further use and for stencils we ask that you cut it into four pieces ensuring no further use. After request is submitted and directions are as followed a new cutter or stencil will be sent out to you. ONLY ONE claim is allowed per order.
